This is an amazing addition or solo service to help regain flexibility and strength back to the body. As an add-on service we do stretching to a single area, such as the upper body & back or lower body & legs. A full body therapeutic stretching session is incredibly relaxing with most people feeling loose, strong and yet relaxed.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel no later than 7pm the evening before your session or you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee at your next session.
